Yes, we ship all over the world. Should you wish to have our products shipped to you globally, please pop us a mail before checking out so we can calculate shipping costs and give you a quote. Due to theft, we only make use of DHL in order to ensure the items get to you safely. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders take between 1-2 business days to be processed and thereafter, can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to arrive once they have left with the couriers. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Should you require your tracking number, please pop us an email on info@sylkandhoney and we will provide you with it.
We use The Courier Guy for local shipping and DHL for global shipping.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. For exchanges, we are happy to assist in getting you a different size (provided that the item is still in stock), however you will be responsible for courier fees to recollect and reship the new item (R150.00).
Please note that no sale items may be refunded or exchanged - make sure you select the correct size when checking out. Damaged/default goods needs to be reported within 24 hours of arrival so that we can assist with sending a new item. No exchanges or refunds will be processed on items that have been worn/washed or damaged by the customer. No costumes, sports bras or hair accessories may be refunded or exchanged for hygiene purposes.
All our items undergo extensive quality control checks both at the factories and at our offices; however, if there is a defect/fault on one of your items, it needs to be reported immediately (no longer than 24 hours) to email@example.com. This way, we will be able to assist with exchanging the item for you. An item with a fault/defect will ONLY be exchanged for the same size as the original.
Please note that we only have one Instagram account and one Facebook account - @sylkandhoney. Please do not interact with any secondary accounts as they are fraudulent. We will never ask for banking details, other than via email should you need a refund for an order that was paid for through EFT.
We strive for amazing customer service and will do our best to reply to emails within 24 hours on working days. Please do not DM for any order queries through to Instagram or Facebook as our marketing team cannot assist with these queries and you will be redirected to our email address for assistance. Please allow at least 2 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped; once you have received an email to say your order has left, it will take around 2-4 days to arrive.
